International Whale’s Day : an extensive program with conferences and round tables the whole day.
On the occasion of the International Whale’s Day, on 19th of February, at Manava Hotel in Punaauia, Mata Tohora organized a day of sharing and learning about humpback whales.
The morning session was dedicated to the children of the Medical Educational Institute and of the Red Cross. Animations specifically created for them by the association helped the children to know more about humpback whales to protect them better. To thank them for their attention, the children were offered Mata Tohora bracelets, indicating their participation and involvement in cetaceans protection!
